The Battle of Gog and Magog II

(Russia Invades Israel)

(This begins with Ezekiel, chapter 38, verse 16 in Dr. Meyer's message. See "The Battle of Gog and Magog I" for Ezekiel 38: 1 - 13, 15. "The Battle of Gog and Magog" at the Grace Brethren Church, Willow Square near Lancaster, PA. in 1996. It has so much rich information in it, it's worth reading over the rest of it. We'll start with Ezekiel, chapter 38, verse 15 where Nathan talked about the horses in Hanover, Pennsylvania and how many of them ended up in Russia because those armies are coming in on horseback just like the verse in the Bible says. "And thou shalt come from thy place out of the north parts, thou, and many people with thee, all of them riding upon horses, a great company, a mighty army:"
"And thou shalt come up against My people of Israel,..." (Ezekiel 38: 15 - 16)

Nobody Will Help Israel

Who are they going against? And who is going to help Israel? Nobody! Is the United States going to say to these nations, "Now wait a minute, you can't do that." Is the United Nations going to say, "Wait a minute, stop, we'll stop you." No they will not. Why? Because God wants it that way. He wants to teach those unbelieving, cantankerous, stiff necked, hard-to-get-along-with Jews.

One of My Guides

Now I'm not being unkind. I would say that if my dearest Jewish friend, Tony, were sitting right here. He would smile, and he would say, "Well, you know here in Israel we have a saying that whenever there are two Jews there are three opinions." He and I get along beautifully. Pray for Tony, I've known him now for many years. I knew him when he was an atheist. He laughed at those who believed in miracles. He doesn't laugh anymore. He makes tears come to your eyes when he tells you how he became a believer. If you go on one of the tours with Joan or me you'll get his testimony. Now he isn't yet ready to accept Jesus as Messiah because he's got a problem. He wants to reason with his head. We can't get it through to him, you just have to pray for him. He thinks we have three Gods, why not? God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Spirit, that's three gods. His Bible says there's only one God, and you tell him that they're all three and yet one. That doesn't make sense. So that's a block. Pray for Tony. He's got to come by faith. He's so, so close. I'm thrilled when he tells the groups that I have been one of the ones who's been very influential in his life. I'm real pleased about that. Some of you know Dr. Bauman. Paul Bauman used to be Vice President of Grace Theological Seminary. He was the first one that met Tony, and he introduced me to Tony. And he tells groups that Dr. Bauman and I were the two individuals who had the most influence in his life. And I'm real thrilled about that, and now he's very very pleased to work with Joan. He would just do anything for Joan to please her, and she's working on him constantly, and that's his problem. He wants to take it by reason. And you cannot understand the Trinity, the human mind cannot comprehend how there can be one God in three persons. So you take it by faith. So pray for Tony. But Tony has become a dear friend. And I wouldn't say anything here tonight that I wouldn't say in front of him. And he would agree it's true.

God's Chosen People the Jews

So I'm telling you now, the Jewish people as a nation sinned against God and you know that's the reason they were scattered off into captivity. They rebelled against God, and God called them stiff-necked. And Abraham was a friend of God. These are the descendants of Abraham, and God said, "Those that bless thee I will bless." They're God's chosen earthly people. No question about that. Don't try to steal that from them. We're God's chosen heavenly people, so we have plenty of promises. Don't go out and steal the promises of the Jews. There are so many people trying to do that. It was for that reason that the Vatican all those years would not recognize the state of Israel. They said, "God's finished with the Jews, they don't count." That's not Biblical. They said, "Everything has now been transferred to the Church." You know when the Pope speaks what the Church is. He would not recognize the state of Israel. Just recently they've changed their attitude. Now they see that Israel is there, and it's there to stay, and they've got to recognize reality. Now they've changed their attitude, but the devil hates these people because they're the kinsmen of Jesus. He constantly has been trying, and now he's doubling his effort on every hand. He's trying to destroy those people. Now, I'm telling you God is going to arrange this, and allow it to happen, because He wants to teach those people once and for all who their God is. They don't know. Most of the people in Israel say we are nonreligious. I would say, well, why not be real honest and say you're atheistic because that's what it amounts to but one of these days it's going to change.

Remarkable Things

In the wars that have been fought against the Arabs, some of the Jews at least, not all of them, some of them have said, "Well, we were so smart. We just outwitted them on every hand." That's true, that's true. Some fantastic things, it's incredible. They went down to Egypt, flew in with a helicopter and lifted up the whole military unit that was set with a computer to shoot down Israeli planes as they came in. They lifted up the whole unit, took it home, took it apart, and found out the combination, that set off the rockets to fly after the plane. When they had that combination they put it in to a little plane called a drone. It flew out ahead of the main plane where the Israeli pilot was controlling it. They were flying up into the Becon Valley, in Lebanon where the Syrians had their anti-aircraft guns, and would attack Israel through Lebanon. Israel flew there with a couple of planes with the drones out front. They had the information out of that computer and aimed accordingly. The Syrians had the same guns. When these drones got up close to that nest of Syrian guns, they set the trigger, and all those guns went off. The Syrians couldn't find out what happened. All their guns were shot off. Not aiming at anything, they just shot them off because that drone up there triggered the whole thing. The Syrians were wondering what in the world happened. They shot off all their ammunition. The Jewish planes weren't even there. They were way back. That's just one illustration.

Another one, the other side had shells that were to penetrate the armor of tanks. So the Jews put a frame around the tanks and hung big chains, I call them log chains, heavy pieces of chain, all around the tank. And then the shell came and it hit the chain and exploded on the chain.

Ben Gurion himself said back in 1948, right after he declared the state of Israel, "The Arabs' governments sent in their armies from all sides. There was an Arab army approaching. We didn't have an army to send out. Just a handful of Jews." I have to say this carefully now. A jeep full of Jews. If I say it fast I say a Jew full of jeeps, and that didn't work out. Ben Gurion said, "A jeep full of Jews went out in the night approaching the Arab army with loud speakers, and broadcast as loud as they could, you're surrounded, surrender, lay down your arms and come out. And they did!" Ben Gurion told me this. Then he said, "The Arab commander said, "Where's your army?" And the Jews said, "Well, this is it." And they said, "No, we saw an army." That gives you chills. That's like Elisha up there in the hills. The servant said, "What are we going to do? Look at the armies that are coming against us." The servant of God said, "Lord, open his eyes and let him see." Then he saw that the whole area of mountains were filled with the chariots of fire. And he said, "Oh! Look! Those that are for us are more than those that are against us." (See II Kings 6: 13 - 17.). Well, there are so many stories I could tell you like that. But the Jews somehow have a wrong attitude. Ben Gurion didn't have this attitude, but a lot of them today have it. They were just so smart they outwitted the Arabs and that's why they won. They got so cocky about it, they almost lost the war in '73 because of it.

Look What God Does to Those Armies That Invade Israel

Well, I'm telling you God is going to bring in those armies, overwhelming armies. He's going to order the United States and the United Nations to stay out of it. Nobody's going to help Israel. And God is going to demonstrate who their God is. Now let's see how He does it.

Take a look with me, verse 18,
"And it shall come to pass at the same time when Gog shall come against the land of Israel, saith the Lord God, that My fury shall come up in My face."

"For in My jealousy and in the fire of My wrath have I spoken, Surely in that day there shall be..." (Ezekiel 38: 19)

Here's number one, God's attack against the evil armies that have come in to destroy His people. First one is an earthquake.

"...there shall be a great shaking in the land of Israel;" (Ezek. 38: 19)

A great shaking! What an awful earthquake.

Verse 20,
"So that the fishes of the sea, and the fowls of the heaven, and the beasts of the [earth], and all creeping things that creep upon the earth, and all men that are upon the face of the earth, shall shake at My presence, and the mountains shall be thrown down, and the steep places shall fall, and every wall shall fall to the ground."

The first thing God's going to do when those armies get in there is take that whole land and shake it like that. The Jews are watching, and they aren't going to say, "Boy weren't we smart that time." They will know they had nothing to do with that. But that's only the first one. Let's go on.

Verse 21,
"And I will call for a sword [upon] him throughout all My mountains, saith the Lord God:..."

Who's sword is coming against these invaders? Listen to this.

"...every man's sword shall be against his brother." (Ezek. 38: 21)

These armies that have invaded, six countries, God is going to reprogram their computers, and they're going to lose their minds, and go crazy and start killing the fellow next to him. The Jews aren't going to say, "Boy weren't we smart that time." God's teaching them He is their God. He's going to do what He says He's going to do. That's number two, insanity, involving the murder of each other.

In verse 22 we have number three.

"And I will plead (act) against him with pestilence and with blood;..." (Ezek. 38)

That's an epidemic. Disease breaks out among the invading armies that nobody can control. Now put them all together as we go along and see what a devastating situation this is for these invading armies. The God of Heaven! The Almighty! is going to speak with tremendous power and when He does the whole area will shake. Then, He causes them to lose their minds and start killing each other. Then He causes them all to break out with a disease for which there is no control. Now they're all sick. They are killing off each other and this is going to produce a lot of blood which will be flowing down the valley with the rain which we come to now. The next one, number four, is rain. And what rain!

"...I will rain upon him, and upon his bands, and upon the many people that are with him, [an] overflowing rain,..." (Ezek. 38: 22)

All that water's going to pour out of the sky like it's a river. Can you picture the whole thing? They've just had this devastating earthquake. They've lost their minds, they're killing each other, and now they're all sick. Top of that, it rains, and rains, and rains. And what do you think is going to happen to the beautiful farmland with topsoil that deep, that once was a mosquito-infested swampland?

You farmers know that when a horse gets into a marsh, he goes right down to his belly. I remember we had a horse do that on our farm. We had to get a tractor and put a rope around his girth. He couldn't get out. I thought he was going to burst a blood vessel. He strained and strained to get out. He could not move. His legs were down in the mud. And his belly was right against the mud. We put a rope under his girth and put it around him and got it hooked on the tractor and pulled him out. Boy was he glad to get out of that.

Can you imagine what happens to all these horses in that beautiful valley when all this rain comes? The whole thing becomes mud, and those horses go right down to their bellies. The people are killing each other, this vast army. The blood is flowing with water, right down the valley of Megiddo, and the horses have their noses in it. When the Bible says blood to the horses' noses, it doesn't mean there's going to be 3 or 4 feet of blood. God is a God who writes with common sense, and you have to study the situation and put it all together. It helps if you are a farmer to understand some of this stuff. So don't ever think that God's saying the blood's going to be 4 feet deep. That doesn't make sense to begin with, but if you realize the picture, now you see it. Their noses are on the ground, and the blood is flowing with the water. Well, what a horrible experience it will be for these invading armies.

Verse 22 says,
"...I will rain upon him, and upon his bands, and upon the many people that [were] with him, [an] overflowing rain,..."

Now, we add number five, hailstones. Now the hailstones start falling out of the sky, that's devastating. And that's not all. There is more, it says, "...fire..." (That's number six.). I think they're going to have an awful electrical storm. The God of Creation is speaking. He's going to flash the lightning up and down across that area. The most awful electrical storm you could imagine. What a horrible experience for these who have invaded the land of the Savior, God's land. God said He's going to do it. And don't forget, He's teaching the Jews who their God is.

And then it says,
"...with him, [an] overflowing rain, and great hailstones, fire, (and then it says,) and brimstone." (That's number seven.)

Rich Farmland the Jews Bought

Now brimstone in the Bible refers to volcanic eruption. Over in that area around the Golan Heights, and around the north, the Sea of Galilee, that whole area one time was volcanic. When you go to visit that land now you see big black stones. That big, that big, or that big. The Arabs had some of that land, the Jews didn't steal it from them. They bought it from them. The Arabs laughed up their sleeves when the Jews bought it. They were so dumb they bought a field full of rocks. It's like people in America who buy swamps in Florida. They sold the valley of Armageddon that way too. Thought the Jews were dumb, buying swamp. The Jews knew there were three feet of topsoil. They drained it, and now they have that beautiful farmland. Well, you see those black rocks. You see them piled up. What the Jews did was to go in with a bulldozer that had a blade like a fork. And those rocks were all on the surface. They're volcanic, they came from volcanoes here and there, around there. You can still see the extinct volcanoes. That whole land at one time God destroyed, especially the southern end there, you know, Sodom and Gomorrah, with fire and brimstone. A volcanic eruption was involved there. So, at this time God is going to reactivate some of those volcanoes. There are several of them up in the Golan Heights, great big ones, you see them there, here and there, several of them right up close together. There's going to be a volcanic eruption, fire and brimstone from the volcano is going to be falling on them. What a horrible thing for those who are in it. God is demonstrating to the Jews once and for all, who their God is.

So you can add all of them up and you can tell that army is going to take the most awful beating of any army in history.

God is Against Russia and These Other Nations

Verse 23 says,
"Thus will I magnify Myself, and sanctify Myself; and I will be known in the eyes of many nations, and they shall know that I am the Lord."

Chapter 39, verse 1,
"Therefore, thou son of man, prophecy against Gog, and say, Thus saith the Lord God;... I am against thee..."

No question who's losing. God is against this army that has invaded.

"...am against thee, O Gog, the chief prince of Mechech and Tubal:"

Verse 2,
"And I will turn thee back, and leave but the sixth part of thee..."

Five of Six Will Die That Come Against Israel

One of six lives through that experience for the express purpose of going home to tell the people back home what happened to them down there in that land. They can't blame the Jews for being mean to them. The whole world will know the Jews had nothing to do with it. The Jews will know it. I'll prove that to you.

Armageddon

The difference is one of the six will go home in the battle of Gog and Magog, which is what we call this, and the battle of Armageddon, which happens at the end of the tribulation period. The battle of Armageddon is in progress when the Lord comes and we (the Christians) come back to reign (Zech. 14: 3 - 5, Rev. 19: 11, 20: 4) at the end of the seven year period. Nobody goes home from the battle of Armageddon. (This is referring only to the enemy soldiers who fight in that battle. They will all die.). The One who comes riding upon the horse, Jesus, the King, speaks.

"And out of His mouth [goes] a sharp sword, that with it He should smite the nations:..." (Rev. 19: 15)

"And the remnant..." (Rev. 19: 21)

All those who didn't already die in that battle when He arrived.

"...the remnant were slain with the sword of Him that sat upon the horse, which sword proceeded out of His mouth: and all the fowls were filled with their flesh." (Rev. 19: 21)

The Lord is going to speak the word and every soldier that came against Israel will die, and that will be from all the nations of the world. That's where China comes in. China does not come in before that. China is not involved here (in the battle of Gog and Magog). The kings of the rising sun, the Greek says. In chapter 16 of Revelation, the Devil sends out the word. Every nation on earth is ordered by Satan to send armies to the Holy Land with the express purpose of trying once and for all to destroy Israel before the Lord comes to reign. See, if the Devil should succeed then God would no longer be God. God says He's going to send His Son to reign on the throne of His father David, but if all the Jews were destroyed there would be no throne of David. The prophet says Israel will be the leading nation of the world and Jerusalem will be the capitol of the world. (You can see the topic "A New Capital" in "The Paradise of Prophecy".). If Israel is destroyed that cannot happen. The prophesies, if they fail, would cause God to no longer be God. I'm telling you they will not fail! When we come down with the Lord to reign for a thousand wonderful years, He will ride at the head. The armies of the whole world will have come against Israel. And when it looks like they're winning, that's when the Lord goes into action. (Read Zech. 14: 12 and Rev. 19: 15, 21.).

"Then shall the Lord go forth, and fight against those nations, as when He fought in the day of battle." (Zech. 14: 3)

"And in that day His feet shall stand on the Mount of Olives, and the Mount of Olives will split in two, half shall move toward the north, half of it toward the south. There shall be a very great valley and the Lord my God shall come, and all the saints with [Him]." (Read Zechariah 14: 4 - 5.).

Post-tribulationists have a problem with that because they don't know when they got up there to come with Him. And I'm telling you we're going very shortly, and then we're coming back with Him 7 years later. It's very simple if you get it right. But I was explaining the battle of Armageddon at the end of the tribulation period. Nobody goes home. Everyone of them dies, that is, the invading armies. But in this battle, the battle of Gog and Magog, one out of six will go home to tell the people back home what happened down there. I think it's very plain.

God Sends a Fire on Russia's Homeland

Verse 3 says,
"I will smite thy bow out of thy left hand, and will cause thine arrows to fall out of thy right hand." (Ezek. 39)

"Thou shalt fall upon the mountains of Israel, thou, and all thy bands, and the people that is with thee: I will give thee unto the ravenous birds of every sort, and to the beasts of the field to be devoured."
"Thou shalt fall upon the open field: for I have spoken it, saith the Lord God."
"And I will send a fire on Magog..." (Ezek. 39: 4 - 6)

While the armies of Russia, down here, are getting this terrible treatment, there's going to be a devastating fire back home. That's what it says. I didn't write it, folks, I'm just telling you what God says, and it's so plain and simple, I don't know why anybody should have any trouble understanding it. But you have to go over it and over it and over it, and let the Holy Spirit make it plain.

It says,
"...I will send fire on Magog, and among them that dwell carelessly in the isles:..." (Ezek. 39: 6)

Now I'm not sure who all that includes. Some people like to think it's the countries of Europe along the Mediterranean coast. Some will take it all the way across the sea, and include the United States. Well, I'll leave that to you to determine. I do not know all it includes, but there are a lot of nations, besides Israel, who are going to get a demonstration of the power of God. The things that are happening right now don't seem to be enough to impress people. God's going to get their attention one way or another. They won't look at the storms, and the fires, and the earthquakes, and everything that's happening now. When this comes they will sit up and notice.

"...they shall know that I am the Lord."
"So will I make My holy name known in the midst of My people Israel; and I will not let them pollute My holy name any more: and the [gentiles] shall know that I am the Lord, the Holy One in Israel."
"Behold, it is come, and it is done, saith the Lord God; this is the day whereof I have spoken."
"And they that dwell in the cities of Israel shall go forth, and shall set on fire and burn the weapons, both the shields and the bucklers, the bows and the arrows, and the handstaves, and the spears, and they shall burn them with fire seven years:" (Ezek. 39: 6 - 9)

When Will This Battle Take Place?

Now I cannot be dogmatic about when this is going to happen, but I think it will be before the beginning of the tribulation period, so that they have seven years to clean up that debris. I don't think the Lord's going to come and say, "Well now, the first thing we've got to do, folks, is to organize some crews to go out and clean up this mess." I think the Lord's going to speak the word, and the whole earth will be a paradise, but they are going to spend seven years collecting them. So now you come back from the beginning of the millennium, the thousand year reign of Christ, seven years. Where does that put you? At the beginning of the tribulation. And that puts you at the time where we takeoff (in the Rapture). Will we see this happen (The battle of Gog and Magog)? We could, and then again maybe it will happen right after we leave. But if you happen to be here, and you find out that these 6 nations attacked Israel, well, you better get packed because you know it's time for our flight. I believe close to the time of the Rapture this is going to take place. (You can see the topic "Israel Has a Lot of Oil" in "The Battle of Gog and Magog III".). That's all I can tell you. Let's finish this up, verse 11 very interesting.

It says,
"And it shall come to pass in that day, that I will give Gog a place there of graves in Israel,..." (Ezek. 39)

Part of Jordan Will Become Israel

Graves in Israel! Israel is going to donate land to Russia for a cemetery. But the interesting part is, where is that land? Read the rest of it, and this is interesting.

"...the valley of the passengers on the east of the sea..." (Ezek. 39: 11)

East of the sea would be Jordan. Some time between now and the time that Russia invades Israel will include at least part of Jordan. It will become Israel. Tell Arafat about that.

These Cities Will be Destroyed

Now I don't know how it's going to happen, just like I don't know how Damascus is going to be destroyed. Damascus is going to be wiped off the face of the map. So is Bagdad, Ancient Babylon. Those two cities somewhere, along the way, will be totally wiped out, and never inhabited again. Now is everybody still awake? If you see anybody sleeping, don't wake them, they will only hear half of it. I am guessing, I'm thinking these countries are going to get so belligerent, they're going to threaten Israel so severely, that Israel's going to fly over there with one of their atomic bombs. Drop one on Babylon, drop one on Damascus, and wipe them out. That's what I'm guessing. I don't know how it's going to happen. I only know it's going to happen. Neither Saddam Hussein in Bagdad, nor Assad up in Damascus knows it, but it will happen.

The Jews Will Bury Them in Israel

When this time comes Israel will have part of Jordan. It will be called Israel, but it's on the east side of the sea. That's what we call the Dead Sea. That's where the Russians will be buried, but it's in Israel. That means our geography's got to change sometime soon.

Ezekiel 39: 11,
"And it shall come to pass in that day, that I will give unto Gog a place there of graves in Israel, the valley of passengers on the east side of the sea: and it shall stop the noses of the passengers: and there shall they bury Gog and all his multitude: and they shall call it The valley of [Hamon Gog]."

"And seven months shall the house of Israel be burying of them, that they may cleanse the land." (Ezek. 39: 12)

Seven years to burn the weapons. Seven months to bury the bones.

"Yea, all the people of the land shall bury them; and it shall be to them a renown the day that I shall be glorified, saith the Lord God." (Ezek. 39: 13)

Verse 14,
"...they shall sever (choose) out men of continual employment, passing through the land to bury with the passengers those that remain upon the face of the earth, to cleanse it: after the end of seven months shalt they search."

"And the passengers that pass through the land, when any seeth a man's bone, then shall he set up a sign by it, till the buriers have buried it in the valley of [Hamon Gog]." (Ezek. 39: 15)

Somebody traveling around sees some human bones, and puts up a marker and when the people who have been hired to do this come along, they take those bones and go bury them in the land of Israel on the east side of the sea.

Verse 16,
"And also the name of the city shall be Hamonah. Thus shall they cleanse the land."

"And, thou son of man, thus saith the Lord God; Speak unto every feathered fowl, and to every beast of the field (earth), Assemble yourselves, and come; gather yourselves on every side to My sacrifice, that I do sacrifice for you, even a great sacrifice upon the mountains of Israel, that ye may eat (the) flesh..."
"...of the mighty, and drink the blood of princes of the earth, of rams, of lambs, and of goats, of bullocks, all of them fatlings of Bashan."
"And ye shall eat fat till ye be full, and drink blood till ye be drunken, (talking to the vultures), of My sacrifice which I have sacrificed for you."
"Thus ye shall be filled at My table with horses..." (Ezek. 39: 17 - 20)

Not tanks, the birds are not going to eat steel. They're going to eat horses.

"...and chariots, with mighty men, and with all men of war, saith the Lord God." (Ezek. 39: 20)

Verse 21,
"And I will set My glory among the [gentiles], and all the [gentiles] shall see My judgment that I have executed, and My hand that I have laid upon them."

Read this next verse carefully.

"So the house of Israel shall know that I am the Lord their God from that day and forward..." (Ezek. 39: 22)

Verse 23,
"And the [gentiles] shall know that the house of Israel went into captivity for their iniquity: because they trespassed against Me..."

Why were the children of Israel scattered all over the world for 25 hundred years? Here it is, because they transgressed against Jehovah, they would not repent. They would come back, not yet repenting, but it will happen here.

Verse 23,
"...[I hid] My face from them, and gave them into the hand of their enemies: so fell they all by the sword."

"According to their uncleanness and according to their transgressions have I done unto them, and hid My face from them."
"Therefore thus saith the Lord God;...[I will] bring again the captivity of Jacob, and have mercy upon the whole house of Israel,..." (Ezek. 39: 24 - 25)

There are no lost tribes with God.

"...and will be jealous for My holy name;" (Ezek. 39: 24)

Verse 26,
"After that they have borne their shame, and all their trespasses whereby they have trespassed against Me, when they dwelt safely in their land, and none made them afraid."

"When I have brought them again from the people, and gathered them out of their enemies' lands, and am sanctified in them in the sight of many nations;.
"Then shall they know that I am the Lord their God,..." (Ezek. 39: 27 - 28)

Look at that. All in little words, you can understand it.

"Then shall they know that I am the Lord their God, which caused them to be led into captivity among the [gentiles]: but I have gathered them unto their own land, and have left none of them any more there." (Ezek. 39: 28)

All the Jews Will go Home After This Battle

All the Jews in the world are going to quickly hurry home, after this takes place. That's what it says.

"Neither will I hide My face [from them any more], for I have poured out My Spirit upon the house of Israel, saith the Lord God." (Ezek. 39: 29)

Are you Saved?

And when you look at what's happening in the world with what I told you about the excavations (in the Jordan Valley) that are about to be made, and all this sort of thing, and the situation in Russia and these other countries, well, can you help but see that everything is coming to a focal point? Not very far in the future these countries are coming against Israel. And that means you better get ready to leave (be caught up in the Rapture) because we're either going just before it (the battle of Gog and Magog) happens or right after it starts, I don't know, but close to that. In other words, any day now, the trumpet could sound, and away we would go (up in the Rapture). Are you ready? That's the question. If you aren't, you ought to be nervous beyond words. The plane is going to takeoff and leave you in the airport. (The Rapture is going to happen.). And there is no second flight. "In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye,...we shall be changed." "For this mortal shall put on immortality, this corruptible shall put on incorruption." "...we shall be changed." (See I Cor. 15: 51 - 54.).

"For the Lord Himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, [and] with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall [stand up] first:"
"Then we [who] are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air:...so shall we ever be with the Lord."
"Wherefore (therefore) comfort one another with these words." (I Thes. 4: 16 - 18)

There's Still Time

Now if you've got your name on the list and you've got a reservation and you've got a ticket, well, then you'll be happy when it (the Rapture) happens. All your troubles will forever be over, but if you haven't got your reservation, boy, you ought to be worried because no tickets will be sold after we leave. Now tonight they're still available. But you haven't got enough money to buy one, there isn't enough money in the whole state of Pennsylvania to buy one ticket to heaven. The good news is they're free. Somebody else bought them and what do you think was used to pay for them? Not filthy lucre. Not illegal Federal Reserve notes. They were bought and paid for by the most precious, priceless commodity in the universe. That's the blood of God's Son! (See Eph. 1: 7, I John 1: 7.) And if you trample under foot that blood the penalty must fit the crime, and the penalty is to be thrown with the devil and his angels into the Lake of Fire. (Read Matt. 25: 41, Rev. 19: 20, 20: 10, 11 - 15.). And it's your decision, and you make it when God says. You don't make it sometime in the future when you decide, you want to do it now. Today is the day, now is the time, the Bible says. (See Heb. 3: 7 - 8, 15, 4: 7, II Cor. 6: 2.). So if you're a little nervous now, you know it because your heart is pounding.
